Manufacturing workflow
A disciplined workflow for textile garments and accessories
Shree Ram Clothing manufactures all types of textile garments and clothing accessories, excluding fur apparel. Every order moves through a fixed sequence of stages, each with its own inspection point.
Production stages
From pattern receipt to packed lot
01 Pattern and material preparation
Patterns and materials are received, checked against the order, and prepared for cutting.
02 Fabric inspection and cutting
Fabric is inspected before cutting so that pieces are cut to the approved specification.
03 Stitching and assembly
Cut parts are assembled into finished garments and accessories in a scheduled batch sequence.
04 Finishing and final packing
Finished goods are finished, checked, and packed into lots ready for dispatch.
Checkpoints
Inspection built into every batch
Dimensional verification, seam integrity checks, and lot packaging procedures are applied at staged points so that each batch meets the client sizing, stitching, and packaging standards.
Batches are scheduled to honor agreed delivery windows. Checkpoints are recorded against each lot so that sourcing partners can review how an order was verified before dispatch.
